What we make
It all comes off the same capability: cut the shape precisely, coat it so it survives where it is going, and finish it so it matches everything around it. What changes is where the piece ends up.

Why foam
Nearly every architectural detail that reads as stone is doing a decorative job, not a structural one. Once the weight stops being necessary, everything downstream of the weight gets easier.
A foam column, corbel, or balustrade run weighs a fraction of the cast stone version. That changes the crew size, the equipment, and often the structure underneath it.
The carved detail is cut, not cast, so the ornate version is not automatically the expensive version. Elevations keep the character that usually gets bid out.
Pieces arrive shaped, coated, and numbered. Installers set them instead of building them, so the trim stage stops holding up the schedule.
Cut from one file, so the sixth corbel matches the first and the addition matches the original house.
Arches, domes, barrel ceilings, spirals, and compound curves are cut geometry here instead of a framing problem on site.
It is fabricated in St. George. A damaged piece is a short turnaround rather than a reorder from out of state.
How it works
Most jobs here start with somebody showing us a photo and asking if it is possible. Usually it is, and here is the path it takes.
A set of plans, a CAD file, a sketch on the back of an envelope, or a photo of something you drove past. All four start jobs here every week.
Dimensions, profile, finish, and a real price before anything gets cut. If a detail will not hold up outside or will not survive the install, we say so now.
Precision cut, shaped, given a hard protective coating, then textured and colored to match what it is going next to. Pieces come numbered.
Pick up at the shop, delivery around Southern Utah, or freight nationwide. It shows up light, labeled, and ready for your crew.

Everything is built to order. There is no catalog to pick from, because the whole point is that you are not limited to one.

Who we build for
A homeowner ordering a single range hood and a builder ordering a trim package for eight elevations get the same shop, the same equipment, and the same finish.
Full trim packages off the elevation, repeat profiles across a subdivision, and a local shop to call when a piece gets damaged mid build.
Detail that survives value engineering, and shapes that do not have to be simplified to be affordable.
Gazebos, pergolas, pillars, planters, seat walls, and water feature detail.
Dimensional letters, props, booth pieces, and oversized builds that still fit in a van.
One corbel or a whole elevation, a range hood, an arched opening, or a console table sized to your room.
Areas we serve
We deliver throughout Southern Utah, including St. George, Washington, Santa Clara, Ivins, Hurricane, La Verkin, Toquerville, Springdale, Leeds, Cedar City, Kanab, and Mesquite NV. Beyond that we work across the West, including Salt Lake City and the Wasatch Front, Las Vegas and southern Nevada, northern Arizona and the Phoenix valley, and Idaho and western Colorado, and we ship finished pieces nationwide by freight.
Light weight is the reason that last part is realistic. Shipping architectural detail is normally the thing that kills the idea, and it is exactly the thing foam fixes.
Tell us where the job is. If it is a drive we will quote delivery, and if it is not, we will quote freight. Either way you get a straight answer the same day.

The questions that come up on almost every first call.
Architectural trim, columns and balustrades, gazebos and pergolas, arched openings, wall niches, range hoods, beams, signage, display and event pieces, furniture, molds, roof drains, and one off custom shapes. If it can be drawn, it is usually worth asking about.
For decorative and architectural elements, yes, and it is used that way on high end homes and commercial buildings everywhere. What carries structural load is the frame, the post, or the beam. What we build is the shape and the finish that goes over and around it. Once a piece is hard coated and finished, it handles sun, weather, and normal contact.
It depends on size, how much shaping is involved, and the finish, so we quote every job rather than posting a price list. What we can say is that it usually lands well under the cast stone or masonry version of the same detail, because the material, the freight, and the labor all drop at once. Send dimensions or a photo and you will get a real number.
Both, and the contractor side is a large part of the shop. Builders, general contractors, designers, landscapers, sign shops, and event companies all order here, alongside homeowners doing a single piece.
Yes. We deliver around Southern Utah, travel across the West, and ship nationwide. Low weight is exactly what makes shipping architectural detail practical.
Usually. Send a photo with a tape measure in it, a drawing, or the physical piece. Matching existing trim on an addition and recreating something a client saw somewhere else are two of the most common jobs we do.
